1. General

These terms govern the use of products and services provided by Indian Farming Company. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our organic biostimulant products are intended for agricultural use only. Results may vary based on crop type, soil conditions, climate, and farming practices. While field trials show an average 40-60% yield increase, individual results are not guaranteed.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or phone
  • Payment methods accepted: UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery (local orders)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise

4. Delivery

We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to initiate a return

6. Product Usage

Follow the recommended dosage and application methods provided with the product. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, overuse, or mixing with incompatible chemicals. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Distributor Partnerships

8. Limitation of Liability

Indian Farming Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana.
